Thriller Live at Lyric Theatre London

Get set for some high energy show with award winning London show, Thriller Live at the magnificent Lyric Theatre! The popular West End show is running with packed houses since January 2009. For Michael Jackson’s fans, the show is a must watch and is a tribute to the King of Pop. The show features some of the chartbusting musical numbers as well as iconic songs "I Want You Back", "Smooth Criminal", "Billie Jean" etc.

The mesmerising moves of one of the greatest performers have been performed live on stage. The two hours and twenty minutes show is recommended for 8+ kids; however children under the age of 4 will not be admitted. On August 2006, the original production made its debut at the Dominion Theatre in London's West End. This was followed by a short UK and European tour in 2007 which was directed and choreographed by Kerys Nathan.

Pop Idol singer Zoe Birkit as the adult singer and young Shaheen Jafargholi, star of Britain's Got Talent as the younger Jackson were the part of original production. Audition for new singers started in the West End on 21st January 2009 for the new production. Gary Llyod directed and choreographed the new show. After the death of singer on June 25th 2009, the show earned immense attention and running still at the Lyric Theatre with packed houses.

Cleo Higgin’s, the 90’s pop sensation stars as the lead singer of girl group Cleopatra. She had top five hits with “Cleopatra’s Theme”, Life Ain’t Easy” and their cover of The Jackson Five’s “I Want You Back”. She has been seen on the UK talent show The Voice and competed as part of Will.i.am’s team. In the London production of Thriller Live, Cleo made her West End debut and earned high praise for her performance.

The popular Lyric Theatre is positioned at Shaftesbury Avenue, which is one of the most popular sites for theatre lovers in London. The venue features wide range of lively bars and restaurants. Moreover, Leicester Square and Piccadilly Circus are located at a nearby distance, as restaurants of Chinatown are at a walking distance.

The popular London Westend theatre is located at an easily accessible location and can be commuted via various modes of commutations such as buses, tubes, taxis and cars. Piccadilly Circus on the Piccadilly and Bakerloo lines are nearest station to the theatre. You can also visit the theatre via bus route numbers 14, 19, 22B, 38, 53, 88, 94 and 159. You can also hire a taxi or drive a car as the nearest car park is the MasterPark at Poland Street and Chinatown.
